It's such a nightmare. I've been uploading docs for hours. Kept receiving "technical difficulties" error. I had to try like 10 times for each document + clear cookies each time.
In the end, when I had to complete directors info (no upload is required on this step), it just kept giving same error. It seems they get internal server error.
Can't believe paypal doesn't have quality tech stuff to fix such simple issues and make user experience more pleasurable, especially when fees are so high!
So if I cannot confirm my account due to Paypal system is trash, is there any way I can return money to my client?
I hesitate now to store my money with the company that can't fix such simply issue. It really worries me...
