Bank card Problem.

I get this error if i try to add my bank card the card was on the account and has been removed,
I don't know why it has been removed but i want to add it back.
This bank account has already been added to PayPal but was not successfully confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service department for help confirming your bank account.

Hi there Meeky,
It sounds like the bank is already registered to another PayPal account.
We can check this however you will need to call us directly so we can verify your information.
