Hi, I've tried all this methods that you told me to do but unfortunately I still get this error message " We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date" I realize that I have another paypal account but I already checked that account and I'm sure that my bank account is not link to that paypal account and on the top of that I haven't really use that account and I created that back on Nov 2009. Also whenever I try to add my bank account to that account I'll get this message "Please contact cardproblem" I don't know what to do now. I need to use this paypal account as soon as possible.
Thank you

Hi there Cederick,

When you receive this message you need to call us directly.

A bank account can only ever be added to 3 PayPal accounts and then it becomes deactivated in our system. If you call us we can review further.
