Account limits

Hi all, my 1st post on the pay-pal community, hope every-one is good!!

I have a problem with trying to lift my yearly limit of £1900, as I would like to start buying and selling some more items this year. Basically I have given all the information that was required and I have a line drawn through all the requests that were asked for, though when I look at the "provide more information" text, It says that unfortunately, we cant confirm your information. Send us your documents instead? 

I don't understand what documents pay-pal is asking for  and how or where to send them, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance Teejay73

Welcome to the PayPal Community . I hope you are keeping well.

It sounds to me that you tried to complete the confirmation process on your home address. This sounds as though it has failed and as a result, you may be requested to provide a copy of a current utility bill so that we can confirm the home address on your PayPal account.

Please be advised that you should contact customer services just to make sure what information you have been asked to provide to us. When we receive the information, we will then contact you via email with an update.
