I have recently been using PayPal quite a bit to plan a Trip to the USA, (Mainly for the payment of the Visa Waiver Program), and received some funds from a close friend, hoping to help it go past quicker. I had used the funds with no issue, and removed my old bank account debit card due to not being able to access the bank itself as of this time.
After trying to make a purchase through steam with the leftover money, I find that I am unable to use my account, confused, I had a look at my PayPal account, and I see I have been locked out. The Reference ID is PP-006-719-711-296.
