Option in More about your business is blank ?

when i login in to my paypal account i only see the following.

Please provide some information about your business.

More about your business 

Thats all , the options are blank. there are nothing to select. why ?

how ever i can directly access the my profile page https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings , when i click my My money its says Please try again. why?
