Account Closure notification

Last night someone send me a payment of over £900 to my paypal account which should have been sent to my bank.

This morning I get asked to show invoices which I dont have and proof of ID which i've dome.

And now my account apparently is to be closed.

I have sat for last 2.5 hours to try and talk to someone - and to no avail anyone had this problem?

Hi julia_smith,
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your PayPal account. Can I ask you if you have been advised that the limitation on the account would not be removed? The reason I ask this, is because you advise in your message that your account is to be closed.
