as it said ,when you confirmed that you own this debit card, paypal will charge 1.95 dollars and this money will be refund within 24 hours, i have been charged 3 times total 5 dollars , but 7 days past ,i got nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called service many times no people answered in customer service
