proper porcedure

I am new to paypal and have a question. I am selling something on Craigs list to someone who is paying me to ship item to Nigeria. I sent then a request for money and they have deposited the money into my account. It says payment pending. An email I received said that I need to send my shipping tracking number as proof for prompt verification. Is this how it is done? Where do I enter the tracking number? After I ship and give the tracking number when will the funds be available to me? Thank you.

This does not sound legitimate.   Selling something via a Craigs list ad and shipping to an address in Nigeria.  Not good.  Personally, I would void this deal.

hey I'm also worried about the shipping/tracking number issue. I also sold on craig's list and was asked to ship to nigeria. did your deal go through? did you find a way to enter the tracking number?
