problem with eBay Bucks

I earned $104 in eBay Bucks last period. So yesterday I used PayPal to check out on a $350 eBay purchase I made and during checkout the $104 looked like it was being applied; it showed my total amount, minus the eBay Bucks credit and the new reduced balance. But today when I checked my PayPal balance, the whole amount was debited from my balance. When do I get the credit for the eBay Bucks? Shouldn't it be there already? I went to eBay summary page and looked at the transaction history and it does show the credit and the reduced amount I should have been billed. There seems to be a problem, I am not a newbie. Thanks for your help!

I two am finding this out. I used my eBay bucks today when I paid for an item but it seems that PayPal took the whole total. What is the point of getting and using eBay bucks if PayPal doesn't pay the real total?!?

Hi All,
Check the payment details to see how the payment was funded. Even though the transaction is for the full amount, your funding source should be charged only for the difference between the full amount and your reward voucher.

Yes Amanda, it "should be", but it was not.
Thanks for the very pleasant reply, but please focus on fixing the problem. I am talking about $100 discount on a single transaction here, ok? I don't want get dragged down the tracks to make more purchases if I am not going to get the reward that I was promised.

you are wrong, Amanda. It takes the whole amount, shows there is a voucher but the math never occurs. Typical BS.

Another Ebay Buck victim. It looks real official, but someone left out the part for the math to actually work. I wonder how many people are getting **bleep**ed and not noticing. Or is that what Paypal and eBay count on??????

Am having the same problem. While the details of the transaction show the ebay bucks being applied to the payment method, the net deduction.( in my case 30.31) shows as a minus ( therefore a credit ) to my account and this is reflected in the total balance.............anyone call paypal for an answer yet??.............Mijan
