account restricted ....listing gone?? NO contact...

I received an email that my sellers account had been restricted and I would no longer be allowed to sell on Ebay. The reason for this action was that I did not meet the  minimum performance standards. I was aware of this problem and was striving for improved service, According to ebay, initial action taken when a seller's account is having a problem of this nature is :..."your search placement will be lowered and there may be limits to your selling activity until your ratings improve. You may also be restricted from selling items on eBay if your performance falls significantly below the minimum requirements...."  At the time of the notice of my listings being removed and my account now restricted, there was only one area I was NOT at standard.  My rating for Shipping time showed at  2.17% and the acceptable limit was 2.00%  I was over the rating limit by .17%.  Additionally , at NO time since I have opened this account has my policy rating EVER been lower than where is stands right now, and that is at "HIGH".  I never got any alert as stated on the dashboard page:   "The policy compliance summary rates how well you're following eBay rules and policies in your selling, AND ALERTS YOU to any account or listing policy violations. When you receive a high policy compliance rating, your selling generally follows eBay policies. If you receive a low rating, you've violated one or more eBay policies. Click the Policy compliance button to find out:  What policies you have violated  Possible restrictions resulting from violations  Steps you need to take to correct violations  The length of time the violation will remain on your account (if available)  Links to specific policies to help you understand them and avoid violations  in the future."   Here,  from you own  policy section of the dashboard: Your policy compliance rating is     High    "Because you have no severe policy violations, you are not at risk of eBay taking action against your account or listings ". There is nothing vague or open to misunderstanding about this so why was it that while my rating was high, and accourding to your own rules my listings ".....NOT AT RISK of being removed"  were my listings, which contained intellectual property of mine, removed and made un available to me ??   I was aware of the performance rating being low and was in the process of improving it, as can be seen by my feedback from my trading partners.   While I understand how important sellers performance is, I wonder why it is dealt with in the same manner as the violations shown here by Ebay: "Important: If you violate certain high-severity policies, such as shill bidding, Feedback manipulation, or counterfeiting, your account can be limited without warning even if you have a high policy compliance rating. See eBay's rules for sellers and rules and policies to help create a safe, fair, and enjoyable trading environment for all eBay members. Understanding and following eBay's rules will help you avoid limits on your account" I have been waiting for some contact from Ebay at least in response to the two emails I have sent, not to mention the appeal that was requested by your own customer support agent:  She too had a hard time beliving, all things considered, that Ebay had restricted my account when she looked at all the feedback AND the full 12 month trend report in my sellers dash board. When, after several attempts at contacting customer support and getting a "sorry , the person working on your apeal is busy and will call you back" and not once did anyone attempt to contact me.  I finally was able to speak to an agent who informed me that my apeal was denied, something I have never been told in any notice or message from the support section or whoever takes care of your apeal process. Seem odd that something as important as kicking a seller off of your site would merit at least some follow up telling me why my apeal was denied?  After all the years I have been a member I would think that I have at least that much consideration due? I am going to wait for a reply and see what happens as far as my sellers account status and the return of my property, namely the listing that were taken and made un availible to me  ......Mijan23 ... Purchased an item on ebay,  tried several time's to contact seller for tracking information or confirmation of shipping and was totally igonred.  On the day I was out buying a replacement for the item I, CHRISTMAS EVE!!,  supposedly UPS came to the house, there was no one home ( out looking for the item) and they "delivered" my package by "left on the porch" I , of course only found this out AFTER I filed a claim and was DENIED, as the seller NEVER replied to my requests for information or any of the emails sent by paypal for that matter. Checked the porch, the neighbors  and needless to say: NOTHING!  Dont know if the package was delivered to my porch, someone's else house......someone saw the package from the street and helped themselves???......sloicitors hanging ad's on the front door and helped themselves to my package ????....or for that matter, if  the UPS driver didnt need a present for someone........? All I DO know is that I am out my money, Paypal denied the claim saying that " the seller provided "proof" of delivery and I should contact the seller . ........right, like I am going to get treated better than when this all started. Anyone else have this happen and been denied by paypal????   If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as I am that close to just closing both my Ebay and Paypal accounts and lookin for another venue to buy and sell.............................Mijan   ...
