When I do a search, my entire history is blank, even if I do it for a year's worth of transactions. If I look at the regular summary, my most recent transaction shows, but when I search over a longer period (or any period) of time, nothing shows up. What's goin on?
Got the same problem, each year at tax time I print out the last years transaction. I tried it this morning and got a blank slate and I know I had a lot of transactions. Anyone have a solution?
ALL of my history is blank, even the latest one from 28 DEC 09. I also got refunded for a purchase because the seller misplaced my order and I got it two months after ordering it... That refunded money never showed up in my PP acct. I'm calling them tomorrow to figure this out. No history AT ALL, no refund (several hundred $$ so I'm **bleep**).
Same here! got an email today saying my funds were available for withdrawal and when I go to my acct there is nothing there, my balance is zero, and there is no history. The funds are not in my bank acct. I have to refund funds to my buyer and now I'm afraid of getting negative feedback because I don't have his money. PLEASE HELP!!
Same problem. I just posted my donation website - I've received 3 notifications of donations in the last 24 hours, but my account show $0 and 0 transactions. I'm new to this and it's making me very nervous.
