I found a withdrawal from my bank account from paypal and I have not even confirmed my bank account on here. I do not know what to do about it or how to figure out where it came from. Thanks for the help.
Paypal doesn't need to confirm your bank account to do a withdrawl from it.
Look in your main page on Paypal and match the date of the bank withdrawl - find out what you paid for on that date that was over the balance in your Paypal account and you'll know what the withdrawl was for.
