What customer information is collected at checkout

I was wondering if anyone knows the standard customer information PayPal collects from customers when they purchase something on my website using PayPal's standard merchant plan?  I need information such as name, address, email, phone number but I am unsure if all of those items are captured from customers when they checkout.  Does anyone know?  Thanks

PayPal collects all of that information and more however, they only share part of it with you.   For example, you will get the buyer's email address, shipping address, name and phone number assuming you have the phone number prompt enabled within your account.   If you need specific info, you would need to collect that information using the option variables, i.e., on0, os0, on1, os1, etc., in your item button code.  The information would then appear in the Option Column on the PayPal Screens, the email notification and your Account Transaction History.   Here's one example of how the option variables are used to collect additional data.

I just called and asked if there is a feature in Paypal to create mailing labels to do a mass advertising mailing (direct mail) to my customers from the past 2 years. Other than the agent not knowng what I was talking about, she did tell me we can print reports creating a list on customer data.

She is emailing me the instructions........we'll see!

If anyone else wants it, let me know!

There's no built in features or options to automatically do what you have in mind.  Basically you would need to download a CSV file from your Account Transaction History, then import the file into Excel and extract the data you need to create your list.  Check out the Business Report Portal, there you can generate a download file.
