I am trying to to set up a Pay Now button that I can send to registrants of an event. I have created the button, but when I test it, I can't complete the checkout as a guest. After entering credit card information, it gives a message: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant". I can complete the payment when I am logged into a PayPal account, but many of the end-users will not have an account, nor will they want to create one.
I have done this in the past with success, but it doesn't seem to be working currently.
I am only using the Email Code for the Pay Now buttom, I am not embedding the button on a webpage anywhere.
