I keep getting harassed for a payment when I have already secluded one.I have a good payment history and this is not the first time this has happened,Not to mention they mailed out the current invoice also putting my current payment and the next payment together due on a future date.

 

When you call someone over 18 times within a week and leave no message,leave a message. Maybe someone will call you back.Some people due work and can't answer the phone during the day. And in this day and age with all the tech we/you have you are telling me that you can't see the screen that shows I have set up a payment?If I can see it so can you.If your calling henchmen cannot see this stuff management,then you need to make it available for them.

 

Also forgot to mention,I did email paypal with this complaint and still 24 hrs later they still call.

 

Worse than loan sharks and they treat you on the phone like a p.o.s

 

Will be paying my full balance and canceling my account with this company.
