The status of the payment is unclaimed I am sure.
Your seller probably changed their e-mail address and their old e-mail address is still tied to ebay. It happens alot and is a pain. In paypal if they changed their email address, they have to add the old email address to their paypal account to claim their money.

If the money is Unclaimed, you will need take action to complete the transaction.
You may need to do one of the following:
- If the money was sent to an email address which is not on your PayPal account, you will need to add the email address and confirm it. Only then will you receive the money.
- You may need to choose to accept or deny the payment
