I'm trying to refund a payment I received from a customer and I see that the refund option isn't available anymore but it says to go to "send money" and enter the payment information and then click "continue" but when I do this nothing happens it just stays on the same page and won't continue. I've tried both yesterday and today and it won't work. What's wrong.
