Shipping calculations wrong

shipping charges are not calculated correctly when I sell multiple items at the same time on my website, website says it's a Paypal problem

I had this same problem. I setup a PayPal Cart (with Add to Cart buttons) on their website... Someone ordered three of one item, and PayPal only charged them ONE shipping charge. 

It looks like the original question above was submitted three weeks ago - and still no answer from PayPal...
