You're best to forget about Reserve prices - buyers just hate them and a lot of buyers will avoid your auction if they see there is a reserve. PLUS a reserve auction is more expensive in fees than if you simply set the lowest price you were willing to accept as the starting price in the first place.
If you must use a reserve, plainly state what the reserve is at the top of your description - buyers hate to play games.
