I purchased something on ebay and paid through paypal. Today I got an email from the seller that the item is sold out and they refunded my money, it has not been taken out of my bank account yet, so what happens, do they still take it out and I have to transfer it back to my bank account? It says on my paypal account the refund is completed but it says my paypal balance is $0.00.
