I have 2 sellers that have refunded my money.
My PayPal Acct. show's the refunds on my Acct. Review page.
But the funds are not showing up in either my PayPal Ballance or my actual account from where it was drawn from.
How do I procede to find out where it is?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
