I had a concern with an item I purchased, and the seller refunded my money. I did not want a refund.
How do I re-send their payment through PayPal?

Not possible, as you did receive the refund, it's not possible to return it. You need to contact the seller to resolve any issues you have.

You can send the $$ back to the seller by sending to her/his email address. Just click on SEND MONEY tab at the top bar of your account, follow instructions on form ( put in item numbers, etc-what its for plus message) click send and the seller will get an email that you've sent money and they need to "claim" the amount. Once they "claim" the funds, they get their money!
Its much different than "refunding a refund" ( impossible) but accomplishes the same goal.
