I have received two e-mails in the past week from PayPal requiring that I update my information such as bank account and credit card. Is this a scam or is this something that PayPal does on a regular basis? I do not recall ever reading anything about this when I signed up.
Can someone please help me?

I got the same email once this past week and it said if I didn't they would shut my account down. Did your
email say the same thing. I don't want to reply unless I know it is legit, as it could be a scam.
Plus I just noticed this information next to this reply and here is what it says:

Sounds like the email is a scam to me.

Most likely another phishing scam, as there are quite a few. Check out this link and forward the email you received to the spoof address.
