What gives paypal the right to put a random hold on a payment i received? I am not a new seller. I have met all the requirements of being a seller to get my funds right away yet when i talked to paypal today they said they have a right to put a hold on a payment as a form of a random security check. Now even though i have cleared all the original steps they asked i have to wait until 3 days after the buyer receives product for them to release my money. This seems completely illegal to me. They took there fee out right away yet here i am having to wait what will be 11 days for me to receive access to my money. They also said that this will continue to happen in the future as random checks are allowed.
