Okay here is the thing,I sold an Xbox 360 game on Ebay. The guy gets it says it doesn't work. I say fine send it back to me I'll refund your money no problem.He doesn't want to do that.So he files a complaint with Paypal. they freeze my account I say ok he can have his money back I just want my game. So today I get an email that says problem resolved. He gets his money I haven't received my game yet. So am I S.O.L or what? If anybody can help would be much appreciated. Thanx

PayPal generally requires the buyer to first return the item. If PayPal has already closed the claim and refunded the buyer's payment, call PayPal... explain to PayPal that the buyer never returned the item.
