New account, Old card. Help?

i have completely forgotten the log in information for my account.

Even when i do the 'forgot e-mail or password' stuff it says my information isn't linked to an account.

But when I tried to attach my card to the new account I have it says my cards already with an account.

How do I find my old account just knowing my card number, or get that account completely deleted so I can register my card with this account?

Add me to the list.  I hope this can be resolved, because I have plenty of items I would like to use my PayPal account for, but can't because of this. HELP SOMEONE!!!
