Paypal Not Accepted

I have been having a problem when attempting to pay for an order using PayPal.  Over the past two days, two different sites have indicated they could not process my order using PayPal "at this time".  The most recent was just a few minutes ago placing an order with Overstock.com.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes! I have too!!!! Wanted to buy a u2 ipod battery. Had enough money in my pay pal account and got an error saying that this purchase would put me over my $10,000 limit. Good lord! It was a $7.99 purchase. I tried contacting the seller and he said it was my problem basicly......**bleep** this!!   Anyone out there have any words of advice or information??? this is frustrating.
