I seem to remember being able to use my paypal debit card in the past to withdraw funds in excess of the standard ATM limit by seeing a teller inside a bank, presenting the card and the PIN, and signing for it? Looking for information or instructions regarding that now, though, I am finding nothing. Did I imagine this? I swear I can remember doing it before a few years ago. Anybody know?
