Payment received?? paypal balance...

 It says a payment was completed, but it didn't post in my paypal balance.

another payment after that, is already in my balance.

i need to know when to send their items. and i didn't want to until i knew the payment went through, but i'm totally confused.

there was a payment made to me on march 12th for $6.74 after the fees were taken out.

the next day, i had another payment for $5.04 after the fees.

well today when i checked my balance, there was only $5.04, so i don't know what to do about the payment for $6.74 (it says it's completed)

please help me.

i'm new to all of this.

What is "it"?  Was it an email?  If it was, you're dealing with a scammer.

Do NOT send anything until the payment actually appears in your Paypal account.

And, just to make absolutely sure, forward a copy of the email you received to spoof@paypal.com and they'll tell you if it's a fake.  It likely is.
