Payment dispute

I purcahased a small item using buy it now.  My paypal payment was cleared on 12/21/2009.  The seller filed a non payment complaint with ebay on 12/21/2009.  I told him paypal had cleared the payment, and asked him to recheck his records.  He became sarcastic and then hostile.  Can I get paypal to resolve this for me.  At the present time I am not allowed to state my case with ebay.

I'm being harassed by a buyer who claims that she used her PayPal debit card to purchase an item from my auction site. Contacting both the auction site and PayPal showed that no payment was ever made. When I told the buyer that there was no record of her payment, she suddenly became vindictive and threatened to report me. Just as there are disputes for buyers, there should be protection for the sellers as well. In the meantime, I can't get rid of this person. She leaves a threatening message in my auction e-mail every day!
