I purcahased a small item using buy it now. My paypal payment was cleared on 12/21/2009. The seller filed a non payment complaint with ebay on 12/21/2009. I told him paypal had cleared the payment, and asked him to recheck his records. He became sarcastic and then hostile. Can I get paypal to resolve this for me. At the present time I am not allowed to state my case with ebay. Thanks in advance, russophillia
