Usually, it's 2-3 days from the time you notify them that the DC shows delivered.

If you're referring to the PayPal "link and confirm" procedure for adding a new credit/debit card to your PayPal profile, I believe it was a couple days for the $1.95 charge and the code to show up in my online credit card statement.
