PAYPAL IS NO PAL just unfair and greedy!

I just sold an item on eBay which will be shipped to Norway.  PayPal is charging me a fee on the $47 USPS EXpress mail shipping the buyer requested.  I am not making one penny on the shipping, but PayPal is.  PayPal is NO pal,  just another greedy business to exploit sellers.
