I am really confused on WHY a payment from my daughter made on the 21st of March is pending until March 26. This is a personal payment. My account is in good standing and so is hers. My confusion is that as of last year when someone would make a payment to my business account on PayPal the funds were available immediately and now all this pending and hold stuff is in effect. Seems kind of unfair that I should have to wait for a payment when my account is in good standing....have never had an issue with it. I need the money pending now...not 7 days after it is sent. Paypal I think needs to change the policy back to the way it used to be. I spoke with a CS rep yesterday but he did not give me a solution I am satisfied with. Does anyone know why they are doing this now when just last year funds were available immediately.
