Don't go to ebay community and write something about the 21 day paypal hold. Some ebayer just got nasty and rude comments left on her thread about her not liking the policy. They nastiness came from all big time sellers, stating that if you don't have money set aside to sell and ship peoples items and can't wait for your money all you seller don't have the right to be ebaying and selling. Then they told this ebay that with the attitude they had about the 21 day paypal hold they won't buy nothing from them ever and would spread the word around not to buy from them. Just because this person did not like the policy. They assumed that the seller didn't have money to cover shipping charges, when the seller clearly wrote that they should have to pay up front for shipping costs might as well just give people free shipping. Anyway, I just thought I would share with those that don't like the policy either. If you agree with the policy please don't write anything nasty rude of offensive on my thread, thank you.

I agree, no need to be rude when you have a difference of opinion. I am an infrequent buyer-always had positive experiences with Ebay until now. Paid $350 for an item on Dec. 22nd, and still haven't received it. 2 e-mails to the seller with no response. It is not coming from overseas, and the listing mentioned ships within 10 days, even with the holidays, it is overdue. If the Paypal hold was not in place, and the DC not required, the seller would have my money, and if he doesn't care about negative feedback, or is closing his shop, I'd be out $350. This is just a buyers view, I have never sold anything on Ebay.

Wow, I am sorry to hear about that. I buy and sell items, I don't really care to buy from overseas because of the long wait to receive your item/s. But what you stated is just not right. See maybe paypal should go after those types of people. I always ship priority mail 2-3 days, even to oversea buyers. I haven't had any problems as a seller, but I don't like to get ripped off as a buyer, so I will not do it to someone else. No offense to anyone that is an overseas seller, but as a buyer I have purchased Alli pills from china which came back as being Fake. Again sorry to hear about that, I hope you get your item soon, or your money back.
