I am listing a 3 year old laptop on ebay with a starting bid if $99.00. I just got an email from a person (based in Florida) offering to buy my laptop for $850 but I need to shiop it internationally. I know this sounds to good to be true but what am I missing here? Has anyone dealt with anything like this before? If I have the buyer pay through paypal what security of the sale will be given to me? The laptop is 3 years old but fully functioning and is in great shape.
Note: The proposed buyer has 153 feedbacks with 100% being positiive.
I just feel like something is not right here and before I agree to this I figured I would ask for some advice.
Best regards,
Scott

It sounds fishy that he would ask you to ship it international. I would deny the offer. It might be a scam buyer from what you said. Or someone who has hijacked an eBay account.

It's a scam.
He's going to want it shipped to Nigeria or Burkina Faso or some place like that.
Don't waste your time on him.
