I recently purchased some Rosetta Stone Spanish software from someone off of Craig's List. I told him I would pay by Paypal (mostly so I could check out his background and feedback- also so I could get some resolution in case it was a fraud). I received a packet of PIRATED, HAND-WRITTEN CD/DVD's!! I paid $80, so I immediately sent something to the resolution department and the seller. He said it was his sister's paypal account and please don't give her bad feedback, that he would refund me ASAP. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from him. Paypal said there's nothing they can do since there wasn't a "problem" with the shipment, I contacted Rosetta Stone and also an Internet Site that looks into fraud. I keep trying to leave bad feedback for his "sister" but can't even find out how to do that. What can I do!!!!??????
