I'm new to eBay and Paypal and I sold an item, she sent funds to paypal, it shows it was received and completed. Addresses have been verified but account balance shows$0.00. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
Check to make sure that the email address the payment was sent to matches your confirmed registered email address. If there is any variation or the email address is not confirmed, the payment will not be credited to your PayPal account.
