Mass Pay is only accepting the first recipient!

There is a new mass pay interface that just came out in the last week or whatever because I have never seen it before.

They changed something because even a previously used mass pay file is now "reviewed" and it only find the first mass pay recipient.

Basically the Mass Pay is broken! Fix it immediately please!

Well I am now on hold with merchant department about this. I told my issue and have been on hold for about 10 minutes maybe longer. i was disconnected the first time.

Also when i went to get a web pin or whatever for the phone call, the paypal website gave a 500 internal server error. awesome!

Just waiting on hold for a solution....

Ok so I was disconnected after about 40 minutes of being on hold.

I'm calling again. I have to say agent like 30x before I reach the main menu. I wonder if this is what my customers go through!

After 4 hours of being on hold, a night of sleep, being disconnected, and talked to like I'm an idiot child, there is an error with the new way paypal parses mass pay files and it does not work with mac line breaks.

FIX THIS!

I am not having any problems with the new interface other than a blank line will cause the file to not upload where as before that was not a problem.  Can you post your layout as it has to be the issue.
