Is this a fake PayPal e-mail

I recently received something from claiming it is from PayPal, it looks legit and all, but there are a few things that I notice that are different. (better safe than sorry, so just asking here)
First off, I never registered PayPal with the e-mail that I received this in (probably biggest give away of fraud...) and it doesn't say anything about "Shipping Address - Confirmed" like in my past purchases through PayPal.
As I said, I'm just making sure despite the small details I noticed...

I received this email today, from this address PayPalservice (at) paypals. com ( had to add spaces on that email address, this message wouldn't submit with it normal , and the at is a @, but had to remove)
Never seen an address with the paypals. com with the s in there. SO I think it is fake, also I clicked the link in the email, and it asked me to login, and I did, BUT I entered the wrong password, and I realized it, but it still logged me in (has to be fake) and asked for a bunch of personal info. How do we stop these? Very scary. When you click the link that says Click to Resolve, thats when it asks for lots of info, very personal info. Has anyone else gotten this? Who at paypal do I report this to? I can't seem to find an email address to forward this to at the real paypal. Beware everyone. By the way, when submitting this message, the link that is below, was removed, it said Invalid HTML and was removed, so now I KNOW it is fake.
The subject line read this>>Resolution Center: Your PayPal account is limited

paypals. com tells the story - should be paypal (singular).
It's a fake.
