Is my adress confirmed?

I was totally confused, anyone can help me?

First, I linked one credit card with my paypal account.

Then, I confirmed that credit card after paypal chargeing and refunding 1.95$ to the account.

Now, in My account->Profile->Add or Edit Credit Card, there is text "(Confirmed)" under the billing address.

But, in My account->Profile->Add or Edit Street Address, there is only "Home:, NO "confirmed" text under the status column.

To verify if my address is confirmed, I spent 1$ and checked out with Paypal in BK.com

In the detail activity of this transaction.

Under the Shipping Address, this is "Confirmed   "

When I clicked this question mark icon,  it tells me that my address is confirmed.

But in Walmart.com, I still get this message when I check out with Paypal . Apparentlly, my address is not confirmed.

"The seller of this item requires you to provide a Confirmed Address for delivery. To confirm your address, please add a credit card below. "

So, what happens to me?

Same problem here, Confirmed  in transactions, but in my email receipt I get Shipping address - unconfirmed
any idea?

Same here, everywhere I look on my paypal account lists the address as confirmed but every time I buy something the reciept lists it as unconfirmed, I was even refused purchases on ebay because they needed a confirmed address and I refused to add another card.  If any one can solve the problem, please help!
