I am trying to my paypal on an auction sight that is asking for an IPN url. How do I get one of these and then how do I use it?

Ok I guess I am more of a computer moron than I realized. I didn't uderstand a word of that...
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
