I want a paypal debit card !

I did all the confirm bank account and credit card, I am verified now. So I go to the Paypal Debit Card application an it tells me to confirm address and I did plus my phone number, then i press continue and it goes back to the same page !!

Can someone please help me understand this !

But if ya have a problem need to make sure the address on your paypal account matches the address of all your credit cards billing addresses. This means the card holder has a address that you gave them its on the cards account. After you matches addresses of the credit cards you will have your debit or credit card from paypal.

I did The addresses thing and they match, and it is still not working.

this is how it looks : and then I click select address and type my address and when i press continue it goes back to this page.

Check your internet options for allowing cookies on the pay pal website.
