I did all the confirm bank account and credit card, I am verified now also. But if ya have a problem need to make sure the address on your paypal account matches the address of all your credit cards billing addresses. This means the card holder has a address that you gave them its on the cards account. After you matches addresses of the credit cards you will have your debit or credit card from paypal.
