How to issue a refund on a SNAD?

My buyer filed a SNAD and returned the item; I've now received it and PayPal sent me an email requiring action. I'd like to refund the buyers $$, but the funds are on hold and for the life of me, I can't see any place in the resolution center to communicate that I'm ready to refund. Also, I'd like to send him his return shipping - do I just use "send money" to do that?

Hi muchcat-
Click on the Details link for the transaction in question and scroll to the bottom of the window that opens with the information about the payment. The refund option should appear at the bottom of this page. Do not initiate a new Send Money transaction, as that may charge your recipient fees. If you use the Refund tool within the Transaction Details, you will be reimbursed the amount (partial or full) that you paid in fees based on the amount you return to the sender. They also will not be charged fees for receiving these funds, because on a refund, it's their own money being returned to them.
Thanks,
Jason
