I’m having an issue with trying to erase a mistake payment on the 29th I made a purchase but accidentally sent way too much well the seller refunded all my money back but PayPal is trying to bill me twice for money I don’t have currently at the moment how do I cancel this refund? Because it’s still trying to take the money out of my account when I don’t want it to for it overdrafts me all the time
You can't stop a processing payment, it has to process through to paypal then as its been refunded its credited to your paypal balance OR transfered back to your card if you funded that payment via a debit or credit card.
