Hi, I am from Hong Kong and I own a paypal us account long long ago.
One day I find a site that can only pay by paypal us and I remember the account that has been abandoned.
As paypal us can only receive fund from us credit card or account, I decide to transfer a considerable sum to it from my paypal hk.
I find unexpecting that I can't pay the item even when my balance is positive .
After furhter reading, I learned that confirmation is needed before that.
My problem is I am not living in us, so I don't have us bank account or credit card. Can I confirm my account by other ways?
If confirmation is not possible, how can I get my money back?
