I issued a partial refund and now the temporary hold thing has changed and I don't know how much longer I have to wait to get my money. Can somebody please tell me?
I don't know for sure, but I would think it would be the 21 days if the buyer has not opened a dispute and the lesser of 21 days or 4 days after the buyer closes any dispute they have opened.
But that's a guess.
You could call Paypal and ask them - their number comes up when you click on the "Contact Us" link in your Paypal account, but they might not even know for sure.
