Does anyone know how to send a refund to a buyer. I sold something on ebay and someone in Brazil won it (despite my note that I would only send to an address in the US). I didn't know he/she was in Brazil until I went to print the shipment label so I had already accepted payment. He/she has been great and 'released' me from the sale but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to refund their payment or send them the money back. Any help would be appreciated!
PayPal has a Help Section which you can even access directly from your PayPal Account. Click on the Help link. On main Help Screen, type: refund in the Search Box and then click on the Search button. You should see the FAQ which answers your question.
Note, if you are beyond the 60 day limit, you will have to use another method, i.e. Send Money.
